FAST & FURIOUS.... KUWAIT EDITION

I recently saw advertised the latest sequel of the movie series Fast and Furious, located this time...have a guess.... Rio. Yes it seems that since Brazil is on the rise as one of the biggest economies in the world, all Hollywood has his eye in the country to cash on the interest that Brazil is attracting. The result, a bunch of new movies including the latest cartoon one, Rio, exploiting Brazil's most well-known topics.

All of it proves that currently Hollywood is lacking on talent and ideas. If a few years ago we had the wave of Marvel superheroes and tv series adaptations movies, from Spiderman to Ironman, and from Bewitched to The A team, now is the time of Brazilian themed movies and soon we will get the heroic ones recreating the spirit of recent Arab countries turmoil.

Well, I think if Hollywood people will travel a little bit more around the world they will find far better ideas for great movies. If there is something that this blog proves is that there is always a story worth telling on every trip. So here is my movie idea, just in case someone is reading. Why not locate the next Fast and Furious movie in Kuwait?

It has all the right ingredients. Anyone who has visit the country will agree that there is no place in the world where people drive as fast and furiously as in Kuwait. It seems like any highway is a Nascar racetrack. Also country is full with fancy cars and sport vehicles.

But not only the passion for cars what makes Kuwait ideal for the movie. It has sun, nice beaches, cocktails ( I tried last night a surprisingly nice non-alcoholic mojito) and moreover beautiful girls, as Kuwaiti women rank quite high in the beauty world rankings.

And for those who still may have doubts that there is no fun in the Arab countries, check this video and believe!

So nothing to envy to Rio,  with all those ingredients and such and exotic location, success will be guaranteed .
